Parcel delivery
Send documents, food, groceries, keys and more across the city. The driver collects it from you and hands it over with a delivery code.

Fares
A ride costs the base fare, plus a charge for each kilometre and each minute, and never less than the minimum fare. All prices are in Indian rupees and include everything the driver collects.

- Waiting at the pickup is free for 3 minutes after the driver arrives, then ₹1 per minute.
- At busy times or in heavy rain, fares can be higher. The app shows the higher price before you book.
- Cancelling before the trip starts is free.
- You pay the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or by UPI. For parcels, you choose whether you pay at pickup or the receiver pays on delivery.
How a ride works
Book
Choose your pickup, drop and vehicle. You see the estimated fare first.
Meet your driver
You see the driver's name, rating, vehicle number and live location, and can call or message them.
Share your ride PIN
The trip starts only when you tell the driver your PIN, so you always get into the right vehicle.
Pay and rate
Pay the fare shown in the app, then rate your driver. An SOS button is there throughout the trip.
Drive with NIKHY
Use your own bike, auto or car and choose when you go online.
- You keep the full fare from every rider, paid to you directly.
- Platform fee of 10% per ride, never more than ₹50. It adds up in your in-app wallet during the day, and you clear it online by UPI, card or netbanking before going online the next day.
- One-time registration fee of ₹499, paid online when you apply. If your application isn't approved, you get it back in full within 5–7 working days.
